Fascia Stretch Therapy

Renee Moulelis

Fascia Stretch Therapist

Renee is a Level 1 FST (Fascial Stretch Therapist) Specialist. Fascia Stretch Therapy™ (FST) is a unique, pain-free, assisted stretching system that focuses on the fascia and joint capsule to achieve optimal flexibility, strength, balance, agility, proprioception, performance, and pain relief. Unlike traditional stretching methods that isolate individual muscles, FST targets entire fascial nets, releasing tension and creating space in the joints. This approach not only enhances physical function but also significantly improves sleep and reduces stress, offering a holistic impact on both mind and body.

With her background in health and fitness as a Personal Trainer, she has acquired a number of certifications. These qualifications include specializing in working with people who are pre and postpartum, pre and post operative, as well as those suffering from lower back, shoulder, and knee pain. She has been regarded as the region’s top Personal Trainer for the past 4 years and is excited for the opportunity to use FST as a tool to help those who are seeking support when it comes to managing pain or stress as well as increasing mobility or enhancing overall performance.
